What am I actually "buying" if I purchase an e-learning session license?
You are purchasing the right for a specific number of people (trainees) to use one or more of our e-learning sessions for a specific period of time.
How will the session(s) be "delivered" to me?
In most cases you will be e-mailed a license key internet link. Simply click on the link to open the session in your web browser. Each screen in the session will be streamed to your computer via the internet.
If I purchase a license through your online store, how long is it good for?
Sessions purchased in our store can be used for 90 days from the day we send you the license key. You can re-enter the session as many times as you like during that time. Group licenses can be purchased for longer periods of time.
After I purchase a session, how long will it take for you to send me the license key?
License keys are typically sent out within a few hours. But, to be on the safe side, we ask you to allow up to 3 business days.
Can I see what a session looks like before I buy it?
A good way to see what the sessions are like is to watch the instructional videos. You will get to see a session in action and also learn how to use them at the same time. You can also find about a dozen screenshots of each session in our store by clicking on the session then clicking on the images in the top left corner.
What if I purchase a session and then find that its not what I need?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the training you receive from one of our e-learning sessions please contact us and we will be glad to refund your purchase cost.
Since you are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, are e-learning session purchases tax deductible?
Unfortunately, no. In order for a payment to be considered a tax-deductible charitable contribution there can be no "goods or services" exchanged for the payment.
