Our design team works very hard on each e-learning session to make it as effective as possible.  We hope every person who takes a session will find that it is well worth their investment of time and money. If you are not 100% satisfied with the training you receive from one of our e-learning sessions please contact us and we will be glad to refund your purchase cost.

How long after I purchase a session do I have to request a refund?
You can request a refund any time before your session license expires (typically 90 days from the time of purchase).

What do I need to send if I contact you for a refund?
Please send your name, contact informaton, order number, the name of the session you were dissatisfied with (if you purchased more than one), number of dissatisfied trainees (if you purchased for more than one person), and a brief description of why you were dissatisfied.

If I purchase use of a session for 10 people and 1 person is dissatisfied what happens?
We will refund that individual's part of the session cost (10%).

How will you issue the refund?
We will typically issue your refund in the same form that you made the payment. For example, if you paid by credit card we will typically issue a refund on your credit card.

How soon can I expect the refund?
You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your request.
