Private, Customized Versions of Our Sessions

Most trainees use a "general public" version of our sessions which is hosted on our web server.  For an additional fee, we can create a private, customized version of each of our sessions that can be designed to the needs of an organization. Custom versions of the sessions can be hosted on our web server or your organization's web server.

Example benefits and customizations for private versions of our sessions may include:

• Adding your logo on the homepage and handouts
• Changing the content of individual screens and handouts
• Adding or removing resources for further learning
• Adding coaching videos by your staff
• Changing the learning scenario photos
• Comments made by trainees are "in house" (only members of your organization can view and add to them)
• Comment moderation (you can delete comments by your members if necessary)
• Administrative account access to the custom Flash CMS (content management system) that our sessions are built on.
• Etc.

What is the fee?

The fee we charge for creating a private, customized version of a session is in addition to the license fee and determined by many factors including the type of hosting that you need (on our server or yours), the amount of customization that you require, etc.  Customization fees typically start at $800.  We can provide you with an exact quote after we learn what your specific needs are.

NOTE: We retain all design rights for our sessions and Flash CMS system even if they are hosted on an organization's web server.  The session and Flash CMS system may only be used to train members of your organization and cannot be used for other projects, courses, etc. without permission.
