What type of training are you interested in us facilitating? - Please include the number of hours/sessions, how the training times would be spread out, and the approximate number of trainees. Ex. "4 two hour training programs over a 2 day period with 25-30 participants."
How many ReNew staff would you like to have facilitate the training? - We generally recommend at least 1 staff member for each 20 participants.
How soon would you like to start the training? - In most cases we need at least 45 days advance notice.
What method would you be using to pay for the training?
Have you read, and do you agree to our Pricing and Billing Policies ? - This is required before we can schedule a training program. It is one of the ways that we seek to maintain clear and fair billing and cancellation policies.

Have a you purchased a demographic study for your target area? -- If so, how long ago was it purchased? If not, do you plan to purchase one? We recommend studies by the Leavell Center -- click here for an example study . These studies typically cost $100 (for Southern Baptist Ministries) or $200 (for all other ministries) plus $5 shipping.
